What is the “Shadow Self”?
The shadow is the “dark side” of our personality, as it consists primarily of primitive and negative human emotions and impulses such as anger, jealousy, greed, selfishness, lust, and the lust for power.
Anything inconsistent with our chosen conscious attitude toward ourselves belongs to this dark side.
The personal shadow is the rejected self. This shadow self represents the parts that you no longer consider to be your own, including your innate good qualities.
This unexplored or rejected part of our personality goes nowhere. We deny them to drive them out, but we don’t get rid of them. We oppress them. They are part of our unconscious. Think of the unconscious as anything we are not aware of.
We cannot remove the shadows. It is with us as our dark brother or sister. Problems arise when we don’t notice. Then it is definitely behind us.

If any help was going to arrive to lift me out of my misery, it would come from the dark side of my personality.
– Robert Bly
My Masterclass
During my Masterclass you will learn to identify where you are in your business, relationships and life and what it is that you need to do to move forward.
This will help you identify what thinking is keeping you playing small and what it means to shift your perspective in a creative way.
It will help you identify any limiting beliefs you may have.
You will receive tools such as
- meditation techniques
- recognition of limiting beliefs
- understanding of what words do; either keeping us stuck or allowing for expansion>
- exercises for mindfulness
- questions to use to shift their energy and feelings
to move forward as they better understand the “shadow side’ of yourself.

How can I be substantial if I do not cast a shadow? I must also have a dark side if I am to be whole.
-Carl Jung
