Who am I?
A far better question to ask yourself is, “How do I want to live my life?”
Who am I?
This frequently asked question implies that there is a plausible answer. It’s almost as if our being is a fixed entity.
People who ask this type of question are usually struggling with their identity and looking for a core sense of who they are. The irony is that the more you try to figure out who you are, the more fragile you will feel about yourself. There could be an inverse relationship between the question asked and the ease with which you live your life.
“The closer you come to knowing that you alone create the world of your experience, the more vital it becomes for you to discover just who is doing the creating.”

Self reflection
As we approach the end of 2022, we are already getting into the planning for 2023 mode.
In order to be effective, we tend to explore what has happened, or not, in the past year. This allows us to reflect inwardly and be more self-aware as to what needs adjustment.
- What is willing to be released,
- What we’re willing to receive,
- and what requires booting out the door.
What would it take to shift this expectation around, just a little bit?
Are you open to exploring what experiences you’d like to have in 2023 and then “feel” into who you can become to create these?
This allows for self discovery and creating a world we feel enthusiastic about creating.

Join me in this Masterclass
When we open our eyes to seeing who we are rather than who others see us as, we open ourselves to greater fulfilment, trusting ourselves better and living a life we can enjoy and work with rather than enduring.
Join me in this month’s masterclass where we will be playing with
“Who am I and who can I be?”
